Our apartment is designed for family stays. In order to respect the neighbors and the property, we cannot accommodate groups of friends wishing to organize parties or festive events.
Housekeeping is included and includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving the apartment clean and for cleaning appliances after use.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Our apartment is located in a building, so please respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise pollution between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for everyone's well-being.

Ladies, it is IMPERATIVE that you NEVER flush your sanitary towels and tampons down the toilet, as the drains are absolutely not designed for this use. We kindly ask you to tidy up the immediate surroundings and avoid leaving cigarette butts or other papers in the toilets.
