Komfortable Wohnung mit kleinen Fehlern. Im oberen Bad müsste die Abzugshaube mal gereinigt werden. Vom 2Bettzimmer klappert bei Wind die Zimmertür und in der Küche könnten noch 2 Kochtöpfe in mittlerer Größe sein. Vor der Haustür ist bei Regen eine große schlammige Pfütze.Dies soll keine Kritik sein, sondern nur ein Hinweis, welche der Eigentümer nicht unbedingt wissen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige und dicht am Wald gelegene Wohnung, etwas entfernt vom Zentrum. Großzügige und gemütliche Räumlichkeiten. Gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Abschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut geschnitten, gemütlich und bietet viel Privatsphäre, da sie von außen so gut wie nicht einsehbar ist. Sie liegt nahe des Waldrandes zum Weststrand, zum Einkaufen nimmt man am Besten das Auto.

Service vor Ort wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen - war absolut nicht nötig. Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Anlage in verschiedenen Wohnungen zu verschiedenen Zeiten. Diese Wohnung hat ausstattungsmäßig alle übetroffen. In der Küche war mehr als das was man sonst braucht, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck pp. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten das auch ausreichend testen, da das Wetter doch sehr bescheiden war und wir daher nur dreimal mit dem Rad Touren unternehmen konnten. Aber für schlechtes Wetter kann ja niemand verantwortlich gemacht werden. Prerow und Umgebung ist OK, war aber vor 10 Jahren schöner (mehr Ambiente und bessere Gastronomie). Wir würden jederzeit wieder über Faulbaum buchen, da klappte alles reibungslos und schnell.
