Our Arras holiday rental is designed for up to 2 people. It is a compact apartment with no separate hallway or entryway. The different areas flow seamlessly into one another. The layout of the apartment is shown in the attached floor plan. 
Pets are most welcome.
The living and dining areas are not separated. The adjoining kitchen area features a kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with ample cookware and tableware, spices, a microwave, a small oven for pizza and rolls, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. You’ll also find other amenities here, such as coffee filters, trash bags, dish soap, and tea towels. Tea towels are, of course, included. The dining area is furnished with a round dining table and two swivel chairs.
The beds (180/200 cm) in the separate bedroom feature height-adjustable slatted frames. Your beds will, of course, be made when you arrive. There is also a radio alarm clock. The bedroom closet contains a safe where you can store your valuables.

In the bathroom, which is accessible directly from the bedroom, you’ll find toiletries, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a laundry rack, paper towels, and toilet paper. The shower is walk-in. Hand and bath towels are, of course, included (towel changes are included for longer stays).
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
For wine lovers, there is a small wine cellar featuring select wines from renowned wineries along the Moselle. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a collection of games. We’ve also put together an information folder for you featuring local attractions in our area. Wi-Fi is, of course, free.
The holiday rental has its own outdoor seating area with 4 armchairs and separate parking directly next to the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the carport.
A bicycle storage room is available free of charge for your bicycles. Here, you can also charge your e-bikes for free.
From your holiday rental, you can access our spacious garden with a sunbathing area (sun loungers) and a pond featuring numerous koi. There is also a barbecue area available for your use.
There is an outdoor dartboard by the door to the bike storage room where you can pass the time.
The last renovation took place in 2024.
For stays of 3 nights or more, you’ll receive a bottle of Moselle wine as a welcome gift.
Note:
. If you’re looking for a holiday rental for 4 people, you can rent both the Arras and Mosel apartments. They are located right next to each other (see floor plan). This allows you, for example, to have breakfast together in the Mosel apartment.



Our modern and comfortable holiday apartments are located at the gateway to the Middle Moselle. They serve as your base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, or on foot.

Each holiday apartment is designed for 2 people. In addition to a bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining area, they also feature a small, well-equipped kitchenette. You can store your bicycles in our bike storage room. Charging the batteries for your e-bikes is, of course, free of charge. All of our holiday rentals are non-smoking. Each holiday rental has its own free parking space located right next to the house.
Both short-term and long-term guests are in good hands with us and are always welcome.

Minimum stay during the high season (May 1 – Oct. 31) – 5 days. 
Minimum stay during the off-season (Nov. 1 – Apr. 30) – 2 nights.
During Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Pentecost, and on public holidays as well as long weekends, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Shorter stays can also be booked if availability permits. Please enquire.
