Beautiful, peaceful & well equipped home with all necessities. Very clean, even though this is a pet friendly home you would never know it. The screened in deck was a nice bonus, enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the fall foliage. Will definitely stay again.

This home was exceptional! It was clean, homey, comfortable inside and out!! If you like privacy, this place is it. It is a little remote from the tourist areas but that was fine for us. We always received a quick response when we had a question. We will definitely come back! Thank you for truly caring about the comfort and convenience of your guests.

House is greatl, location is great. Downstairs/basement is much colder than the upstairs whenever the air conditioning is on. In addition, Vacasa runs the property and only provides a “starting supply” of certain products like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Plan to bring/purchase additional supplies.

House is gorgeous, property management company stinks!

We checked in Friday night around 6pm and the driveway and property was very dark with no lights on. Once we entered the house we attempted to turn the outside light on but it didn’t work. The bedrooms downstairs were freezing. We couldn’t locate a thermostat anywhere downstairs.We assumed that meant the heat downstairs was controlled by the upstairs thermostat but it didn’t specify separate zones so we were confused. I went through the welcome book to make sure there wasn’t something we were missing and there were no instructions on the heat downstairs so I contacted the property manager who assured me that she would have a “local staff member” get in touch. That never happened! On Sunday evening we had a small snowstorm and lost power. The house has an automatic generator, which was fantastic! Unfortunately, there were no directions on if we needed to do anything with the generator, or to know for sure what exactly it controlled. We noticed that the downstairs portion of the house was not hooked up to the generator so we couldn’t plug the space heaters in. We contacted them again and were told that someone from the local staff would be in touch. Today is Monday. We are home and have yet to receive a call back from either of our calls. I did receive an email apologizing for the “inconvenience” needless to say we will never rent from them again! It’s really a shame because the house and property are beautiful! I cut the review short due to limited word count. -1 star Vacasa!
