Located in Bédoin at the heart of Comtat Venaissin and near Mont Ventoux, this rental offers air-conditioning and an enclosed heated private pool. The fully independent holiday home is within a property that includes the owners' house, nestled in a serene countryside setting.



Situated on all one storey, the house features an open kitchen connected to a dining/sitting area and comfortable bedrooms. The living area is air-conditioned for added comfort.



Outside, you’ll find a landscaped garden with a children's playground and captivating views of Mont Ventoux and Dentelles de Montmirail. The enclosed heated pool, (10m x 5m and 1.10 - 1.80m deep), is surrounded by a paved terrace with loungers and deck chairs. The pool area offers stunning vistas of the surrounding vineyards and Dentelles de Montmirail.



A shaded courtyard with a pergola, furnished with a dining area, barbecue, and outdoor games, provides a perfect spot for gatherings.



The property is situated at about 2.5 km from the village centre with many shops: Bakery, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, restaurants.

Quiet and natural environment, view at the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux and the vineyards.
