Hallo Tobias, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback und den Hinweis auf die günstige zentrale Lage und die verfügbaren Parkplätze.
Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass bestimmte Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Sauberkeit und Gästekomfort haben oberste Priorität, und das Haus wird bei jeder Buchung gründlich gereinigt und mit frischer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Reservierung wurde für 4 Gäste vorgenommen, sodass die Erwähnung von Bettwäsche für 34 Gäste ein Missverständnis zu sein scheint.
Wir ermutigen unsere Gäste immer, sich während ihres Aufenthalts zu melden, wenn etwas nicht den Erwartungen entspricht, denn der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar und bemüht, sich umgehend, um alle Anliegen zu kümmern, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war rundum wunderbar! Die Wohnung selbst war sehr einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und freundlich beantwortet, was den gesamten Prozess sehr angenehm machte.
