Our newly renovated holiday apartment is located on the beautiful island of Niederwerth.

The university town of Vallendar can be reached via a bridge in just 700 m. From there, Koblenz can be reached in a short time by bus and train.

The bedroom has a large box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m), an armchair bed (approx. 1.95m x 0.80m), a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The room must be completely darkened for better sleeping comfort.

The living area has a sofa, a large flat screen TV and a radio.

The new fitted kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. In the large kitchen there is a dining table for up to 4 people.

The new bathroom has a shower.

During your stay you can use the Internet via Wi-Fi free of charge.

The property also includes free parking.
