This holiday rental in Dordogne, Périgord Noir, is situated in a peaceful hamlet, and features a garden with a small above-ground pool ideal for summer relaxation, along with a spacious piece of land behind the house.



Inside you’ll find a large living area with a dining table, an air-conditioned open kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. The antique fireplace is decorative and non-functional.



Head to the first floor to find the air-conditioned living room as well as the bedrooms (two of which are ensuite).



Outside amenities include an enclosed courtyard with an entrance gate, a covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture, an ancient basin with secured goldfish, storage space for bicycles, and a 5m x 3m above-ground pool featuring a removable ladder and three sunbeds for relaxation.

The home is situated in a small hamlet at about 4 km from the village of Prats du Périgord with the nearest shops.
