This luxurious apartment is part of a newly built, completely private holiday complex consisting of three houses in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettin Lagoon Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by a fragrant pine forest, a sprawling cliff landscape, and mysterious moors, your holiday begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many scenic conservation areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf and the seaside spa town of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round off the evening at one of the seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers sports and cultural activities such as golf and water sports, as well as interesting museums.

Usedom’s fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is accessible via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometres away—a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Korswandt golf course is five kilometres away, and the golf course at Balmer Lake can also be reached in about 15 minutes.

Nearby is also the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its natural beach on the lagoon coast. The open-air restaurant at the harbour comes highly recommended for its excellent seafood and as a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

We provide bed linens, towels, dressing gowns, and sauna towels free of charge for your stay. For a small child, a high chair and a cot with linens can be provided for a fee.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 250.00 EUR must be paid in cash; this will be refunded upon departure, provided the holiday rental is returned undamaged.

The “Lagunenperle” is an exceptional apartment in a small, completely private holiday complex on the sunny island of Usedom, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. Although nestled in the middle of a pine grove, the unobstructed view of the water allows the rising sun to shine onto the terrace in the morning, and the sound of birdsong will wake you up. From the lanai, you can also watch deer roaming freely and grazing peacefully.

This very luxurious apartment is exquisitely and lovingly furnished with custom-designed artwork created specifically for this home. On the spacious, light-filled lanai, you can enjoy the days and the tranquility of this unique natural oasis. On the comfortable sun lounger, you can relax and sunbathe at any time or simply enjoy the view. While you unwind, treat yourself to a perfectly chilled glass of wine from the wine cooler whenever you like. In addition, this unique holiday rental features a two-person sauna on the lanai with a direct view of the lagoon. The private swimming dock belonging to this small complex, complete with a small mooring (e.g., for an inflatable boat), offers the opportunity to relax, swim, or go boating. Built in 2023/24, this 109-square-meter, first-floor, wheelchair-accessible apartment with a lanai and lagoon view features free Wi-Fi, two bedrooms (sleeps four plus a toddler in a cot), a living room, three internet-enabled flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a microwave, and a wine refrigerator. The master bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other bedroom offers a sleeper sofa with a full-size spring mattress (160 x 200 cm). Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers; one bathroom is en suite. Additionally, the balcony—which faces south—features a private sauna. Towels and linens are included in the price, as is use of the apartment’s own washing machine. A sauna set, including a cosy dressing gown and a sauna towel, is also provided.

An lift runs from the garage to the apartment. In the underground car park (max. clearance height: 210 cm, max. clearance width: 275 cm), the apartment has a designated parking space (270 x 525 cm), which also offers the option to charge and park e-bikes. A second parking space can be requested if available. A public charging station for electric cars is located within walking distance, 500 metres away.

Thanks to a high-quality ventilation system, you can maintain an optimal room temperature, even separately for each room. The apartment is also equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The bedrooms can be completely darkened as needed. In addition, insect screens are installed in front of every window, including on the lanai, so you can enjoy the summer nights and the clear starry sky to the fullest.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel cot for a fee.

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg (or knee-high), is welcome here. Within the resort, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our grounds, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to register your dog when making your reservation.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
