Welcome to the Clara Schuman Holiday Home! This 130 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped with high-quality amenities. It features a kitchen-dining area with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an on-site Finnish sauna.



• Ground Floor:


The fully equipped kitchen-living area features a dishwasher, microwave, an induction cooktop, and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster; a dining table for 6 people; and a cosy living area with a flat-screen TV and stereo system.
The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with an exclusive in-house sauna, sink, walk-in shower, and toilet. Two large terraces, each offering sweeping views across the fields, allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. A washing machine and an electric grill are also at your disposal.



• Upper Floor:


On the upper floor, you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a large double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), while the third bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The master bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, toilets, and sinks. A hair dryer is also available in the house.

Wi-Fi and Ethernet are available in the house.

A travel cot and high chair can be ordered by phone from the property manager for a fee, subject to availability.
Use of the sauna is included in the rental price; please bring your own sauna towels or book them from the property manager for a fee.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery—ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee. Pets are welcome for a fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof houses feature bright and cheerful colours in their interiors. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and cottages have bike storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
