The house was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. Everything was comfortable, and even though the house is older, it was very well maintained and the temperature was comfortable.

It appears that the host is in process of completing repairs on the unit for regular use. Nice updates to older home- new appliances and ceiling fans. Lovely location. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Attention to details and safety are needed to be able to compete with similar properties and put this home into a preferred destination category. Potential.
