The holiday home is located in the increasingly popular northern part of the island of Rügen, in the seaside resort of Breege, just a short distance from one of Rügen’s most beautiful and longest sandy beaches, the Schaabe. The idyllic marina and the Bodden are just a short distance away, and there’s a bike rental shop nearby, as well as various restaurants.
The house features a garden and a patio with patio furniture, a grill, and a beach umbrella. Bicycles can be stored in a separate garden shed. There are two private parking spaces on the property.

The holiday home has a living area of 103 square metres spread over two floors. On the ground floor, in addition to an entryway, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large, bright living-dining room with an integrated, open kitchen. The country-style kitchen offers all the amenities you need, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a cosy couch area; the couch can be pulled out to serve as a fifth sleeping spot. There is a flat-screen TV in both the dining room and the living room.
The house has two bathrooms with showers.
