Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A cash deposit is required upon key handover. If the apartment smells of smoke, the deposit will not be refunded.



Please air out the apartment when showering and cooking. The heat pump works most efficiently at 20–22 degrees. Airport transfer is available on request for an extra fee.
