Dittishausen 45 km from Freiburg: Modern, beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Haus an der Sonne", 2 storeys. 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 250 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Bus stop "Rathaus" 500 m, railway station "Löffingen" 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). The owner lives in the same residence.

Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2023, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Heating. Balcony, south facing position, patio.
