Enjoy a relaxing and restful holiday in this newly renovated one-room holiday apartment. Your accommodation is just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Constance. A short walk of just a few metres takes you to the lake, where you’ll find a swimming area and a sunbathing lawn. You can also easily join the Lake Constance Bike Path, which runs right by here.

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential complex with an lift. The small but charming apartment, measuring approximately 30 square metres, consists of an entryway with a kitchenette, a combined living room and bedroom, a balcony, and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
In the living area, a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker.

From spring through fall, the balcony is a quiet spot to relax. When you arrive, the beds will already be made, and a set of bath towels and kitchen towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies, will be waiting for you. Final cleaning is included. In the basement, there is a lockable bike storage room where you can safely store your bikes. In another basement room, washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.

A bike rental shop is located near the holiday rental. Of course, many other recreational activities are available, such as hiking, golf, mini-golf, water sports, and skiing in the winter. The new Lindau Thermal Baths are also worth a visit!

You can reach the historic Lindau Island and the train station in about a 10-minute walk or easily by bike on a car-free path along the lake.

Upon arrival, you may pull up in front of the building to load and unload your luggage. Since Lindau, a bicycle-friendly city, follows a modern, climate-friendly mobility concept, please park your bicycle in one of the official paid parking spaces afterwards. To help you get around locally, we’ll provide you with the Echt-Bodensee Card, which gives you free rides on buses and trains throughout the city of Lindau, as well as many discounts on excursions.

We offer you complete flexibility: You can check in and out seven days a week; thanks to the key safe located right at the property, late arrivals are also no problem at any time.
