Chair lift 100 m, gondola lift 150 m, ski rental 10 m, ski school, sled run 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace killy 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Le Lac.
1-room studio 21 m2 on 4th floor, south facing position. Bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), TV and heating stove. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle). Shower/WC. Carpet. Large balcony 4 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
