Loved the pool area. Exactly what we wanted, a bit of privacy in the pool area. Inside the house there was plenty of room with plenty of towels, utensils, plates etc. Garage has a good games area as well. House could maybe do with a bit of fresh paint and some minor repairs but I know the host has only recently purchased the house. Overall it was a lovely home to come back to at the end of a busy day, would totally stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Worked great for our group of 8 with most everybody getting their own space. Pool and pond view are fantastic, and getting to look for and watch the local gators made it even better. Quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Would DEFINITELY come back again.

This is an amazing, peaceful, beautiful home. It is in a great location for everything you want to do in Orlando. It also feels quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of inside the more populated areas of Orlando. I loved having my tea every morning by the pool and pond. Nature is all around you! We would definitely rent here again. Thank you to our hosts and owners. What a beautiful place! The Higgins

First and foremost is the property manager, Steve. You can't get a better person for this job. Polite, responsive, no problem too small. Everyone knows no place is like your home, but Steve strives to make it as close as possible. On top of that the owners are also great. The coordination between the two and their communication made our stay as frustration free as possible. This is a great house in probably the best spot in the development. A cul-de-sac with a pond in back for fishing, but don't forget the pool or hot tub to ensure all guest types/styles are covered. Plenty of space for our group of 10.

Pool/hot tub area is dimly lit. The lights hanging around the outside do not work or will only flicker for a few mins. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay again

Perhaps the cleanest and quietest place we've stayed in the years we've been travelling to the Orlando area. Host was great to work with, and the location was top shelf. The only thing is the living room furniture doesn't match the pictures, but that doesn't take anything away from this location. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed staying at this house for a week. We used it as a base camp while exploring Florida. Having an abundance of rooms and a pool made our stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying again. The quiet neighborhood was a definite plus.

Very comfortable villa, beds and sofas very comfortable. Outside table and chairs could do with replacing and attention to details needed such as pool cues with no tips, gaffer tape around kitchen sink tap, and coffee machine and ice maker need a deep clean. However the area is very quiet and met all our needs.
