About this property

1 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

On the top floor you enter directly into the surprisingly furnished holiday home. The color styles and attractive furniture are perfectly matched. There is a dining area and a cozy sitting area with, among other things, a wall unit with flat-screen TV and a beautiful corner sofa. This sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. On the west balcony it is wonderful to relax in sunny weather and enjoy the sunset.
The kitchenette is in the middle of the living room. The kitchenette is simply furnished with a 4-burner induction hob, refrigerator, Nespresso and kettle. Ideal for making breakfast or a small meal. That's all you need, Egmond aan Zee offers a range of restaurants where you can be pampered.
 
The bathroom is a separate room, simply furnished with a shower (high entry), toilet and sink.
 
On the first floor below there is a fully furnished family bedroom. This is equipped with 2 box-spring beds (90x200), a children's bunk bed (90x200), 2 wardrobes and an east-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy the morning sun. Immediately adjacent is the spacious 2nd bathroom with shower, separate bath, toilet and sink. The washing machine and dryer are also located in this room. Ideal if you travel with children.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
 
Dogs only allowed in consultation!
 
Holiday home "Fijne Zeezicht" is located in the same complex as holiday home "Fijne Duinzicht" on the ground floor. At the back there is also the summer house "Fijne Zomerhuis" (2 persons). These homes are ideal if you are traveling with larger families.

Im oberen Bereich, welcher durch eine Treppe gut erreichbar ist, ein großzügiger, Gemütlich eingerichteter Wohnraum mit großem Esstisch und Küchenzeile. Der Balkon im oberen Bereich bietet einen tollen Blick auf die See mit romantischem Sonnenuntergang.
