2 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

The entire apartment has underfloor heating, WIFI and electric shutters. This makes it very comfortable to stay in the apartment at all times of the year.
 
From the hall, where the guest toilet and a built-in wardrobe are located, you walk through to the living room with open kitchen. The living room has ample seating, a dining area and digital television (Smart TV with Chromecast). A sliding door provides access to the balcony with awning. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the pleasant atmosphere of the beachgoers. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and views.
 
The luxurious, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a ceramic hob, oven, steam oven and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine and a dryer.
The bathroom was completely renovated in February 2021 and luxuriously furnished with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The guest toilet has also been completely renovated!
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2x box-spring beds (90x200), bedside tables, digital television and a built-in wardrobe. Directly adjacent to the living room is an attractive bedroom/sleeping area, furnished with 2x box-spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and desk. This bedroom has no door, but is shielded by a curtain. You have a unique sea view from both bedrooms!
 
You have access to your own garage, suitable for 1 car (height 1.85m / width 2.20m). You can also store and charge your (electric) bicycles here. You can reach the central hall from inside.
If you have children traveling with you, the minimum age for this apartment is from 10 years.
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve. Check-in time for this property is from 3:00 PM.

Es war wie immer alles perfekt. Der Ausblick unbeschreiblich schön, die Nähe zur Stadt, 5 Min fußläufig, und der Strand direkt gegenüber. Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Alles sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Garage, direkt dabei, ist ein großer Vorteil. Immer ein freundlicher Empfang der Eigentümer. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Waren zum 2. Mal hier. Sehr gepflegte, saubere, mit allem Komfort ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Vom Vermieter geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man spürt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wichtig ist. Zwischen Strand und Wohnung liegt nur der Boulevard. Restaurants direkt nebenan, zur Ortsmitte fußläufig 5 Minuten. Garage, direkt am Eingang, allerdings nicht mit großen Pkws nutzbar. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. P.S. Danke an Erik und Egmondverhuur für die freundliche Unterstützung.

Die Garage ist praktisch, unser Auto mit 1.85 m Breite hat gut gepasst. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Sowohl Restaurants und die Fußgängerzone sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur durch den Boulevard getrennt.
