On a beautiful natural and fenced garden plot of 1500m2 near Mimbeau and 44ha in Cap Ferret is located this beautiful, very individual and lovingly decorated house. The house is made up of two parts surrounded by three beautiful, very convivial terraces, one of which connects the two parts of the house.

Main part: charming living space with lounge area, fireplace, Wifi, large table and open kitchen. A bedroom with a 1.60m double bed, private bathroom and WC and a bedroom with a Twin double bed (2x0.80m) and private shower room and WC.

Independent house part (connected to the house by the central terrace): 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms each with a 1.40m double bed and private shower room and WC.

Beautiful terrace area with outdoor furniture (outdoor table, sofa area, deckchairs/long chairs), beautiful natural garden, BBQ, ping-pong table and parking on the grounds.
