Special Conditions and Regulations: It is necessary to check with the insurer the close-out provided in his home insurance policy: “resort liability”.

A deposit of 1,000 € (with a minimum of € 500) of the amount of the rental is requested at check-in by check a) returned within a week of the check-out if no damage is found or b) within a maximum period of one month, deducting, where appropriate, the sums of money, covering damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning company beyond the 4 hours provided for the check-out.
All linen needed for the number of people provided is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out).
A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night. We can on request stop it punctually or possibly change the schedule.
A camera is positioned at the portal (the only one to preserve your privacy) but necessary for the surveillance of robbers etc…
Housekeeping: The villa, its equipment and surroundings must be made clean at the check-out and as found at the check-in.
