We had a wonderful week in this lovely, modern, well equipped house. It’s in a great location: a 10 minute walk to the market and shops and a similar distance to the Atlantic beach. Vianney was a super host: he lives in Cap, met us at the property when we arrived and left and sorted out any issues or questions we had.

We had an amazing time with this beautiful villa right in the heart cup for a house is even better than the photos spacious stylish really comfortable and very well laid out the heated pool was fantastic and made every day feel specialThe location is perfect quiet and private yet just a short cycle from the beach markets and restaurantsSpecial word of thanks to our house Mr Viani he was outstanding from start to finish from a fantastic greeting to a rapid response when there was a small issue which he sorted. He was friendly and helpful and checkout was very relaxed. He even gave us a lift to the ferry. We're already hoping to come back highly highly recommend With special mention to Mr Vianney

Wunderschönes Haus im wunderschönen Ort Cap Ferret

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger, zentraler Lage mit einem tollen Außenbereich/Garten/Pool. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hochwertige Geräte sind eingebaut, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Der Hausverwalter Vianney war sehr nett und bemüht, war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle und hat diese behoben. Uns hat ein wenig gestört, dass das Bad im ersten Stock nur eine Badewanne hat und zum Schlafzimmer verglast ist. Aber das war wirklich der einzige Abzug für uns ansonsten war alles perfekt. Absolut zu empfehlen ist auch der Ort Cap Ferret, wir hätten nicht in den Nachbarorten wohnen wollen.

Es wurden reichlich Kapital und guter Geschmack in die hochwertige und vollständige Ausstattung des Hauses gesteckt. Es fehlt an Nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt; es ist alles in 5 min per Fahrrad erreichbar. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Vianni war sehr angenehm; er ist äußerst hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Cap Ferret

Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses sind hervorragend. Küche, Bäder und Schlafzimmer sind ganz neu und toll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber gut für eine kurze Abkühlung. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit großem Grill, und sehr gutes/stabiles WLAN. Ideal für eine Familie.

Découverte du Cap Ferret

Nous étions un couple. Parfaite communication avec Vianney. La maison situé à « Le Cap Ferret » est au top conforme à tout l’explicatif et je confirme tout ce qui a été dit précédemment. Très calme. Tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons loué des vélos pour la découverte des autres villages et pour sillonner les paysages côté Atlantique. Une journée en bateau pour découvrir la baie d’Arcachon, les cabanes tchanquées, la dune du pilat, le banc d’arguin et écouter les anecdotes du cap. Une bonne semaine dans une maison tranquille et bien équipée. A recommander.
