Duplex apartment with 2 separate living areas and a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff.



The apartment entrance is on the 2nd floor, so it’s 3 floors up from the underground car park (no lift!). Please do not bring heavy suitcases; instead, use travel bags that are as light as possible. Rentals to families with children under 4 years of age are at your own risk (no special cot available, no child safety gate on the stairs to the attic).



No pets allowed.

Die Fester sind am Ende der Saison ( September ) ziemlich schmutzig. Getötete Insekten kleben an den Terassentüren. Auch die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen aus Stahl vor den Küchenfenstern müssen dringend mal mit einem Besen gesäubert werden. Wenn die Wohnung mal nicht gebucht ist, müsste das dringend mal erledigt werden.Sonst eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf's Meer und auf's Haff. Kurze Wege zu Gaststätten und zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
