This is a new build, in a quiet neighborhood that is not walkable to stores or restaurants. The home has a stocked kitchen with enough plates cups utensils and cooking supplies to make a full meal. It doesn’t have some of the ingredients other places have provided like (salt pepper aluminum foil) However, it is newer and I think mostly guests leave these types of items. The owner was kind and allowed us in 1/2 hour early as he was on site caring for the lawn when we arrived. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, new, in every room. We all slept incredibly well. The fire pit outside was a peaceful way to end the day and there was a bundle of wood left for us. There is also a W/D on site and we were given two pods to get us started for laundry in the welcome package. They also provided 1 small Bring body wash, lotion, shampoo conditioner in each bathroom as part of the welcome package. Plan to bring more if there is more than one person or you stay more than one night. We had a good stay, thankful for the memories we made in Chattanooga and at this rental.
