Why they chose this property

It is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, easily accessible from I4 and I75. A five to ten minute drive to most shops and restaurants and the State Fair Grounds. Fifteen to twenty minutes from Tampa and most outlet malls, and about an hour from the beautiful Gulf beaches (heading West) or Disney, Legoland, SeaWorld, and Universal (heading East).

What makes this property unique

We can accommodate larger family-sized groups, with a full kitchen, dining room, screened outdoor patio (with gas BBQ grill), and a private fenced backyard. On the second floor is a second living room with a large screen TV, leather reclining section that seats up to 10 people.
