Our house is situated in the middle of a large garden, whose winter splendour right outside your window invites you to relax. Next to your holiday apartment, you’ll also find a covered terrace with lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing in the winter. Ski racks are available.
All holiday apartments feature a bathroom or shower/toilet, a kitchen with basic amenities depending on size, satellite TV, and heating, and most have a balcony with a lake view.
Winter sports enthusiasts won’t be disappointed here by the lake either - Just 4 km from us, you’ll find
the Goldeck ski area, and in just a 30-minute drive, you can reach Carinthia’s most famous ski areas, such as Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg, and the Mölltal Glacier...
And what’s truly unique—you can purchase a single ski pass valid for all these resorts directly at the ski area.Cross-country skiing, tobogganing,
ice skating, horse-drawn carriage rides, snowshoeing—here, winter becomes an adventure.
Our house is also ideally suited for accommodating tour groups. Breakfast buffet or meals (for groups of 8 or more) are available upon request. Pets are welcome here.

Opportunities for sailing, surfing, kayaking, water skiing, as well as biking and inline skating can be found all around the lake—in just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the riding stable or the 18-hole Millstättersee golf course.The hiking trail to Sommeregg Castle begins right next to our house, and you definitely shouldn’t miss at least one hike along the unique Millstättersee-Höhensteig trail.
