The spacious, approx. 110 mÂČ attic apartment has been furnished to a high standard as a non-smoking apartment. It has a cozy and functional kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine) with a sofa bed (for two people) and three armchairs, LCD TV with home cinema system, a dining hall with a large table and six comfortable rocking chairs, a bedroom with a large double bed and another bedroom with a separate comfortable seating area (the sleeping area was separated by screens), LED TV and music system as well as access to the covered balcony (with seating area). The bathroom is equipped with a large corner bath, separate shower, sink, underfloor heating and washing machine. In the spacious entrance area there is a cloakroom and shoe cupboards. Brilliant stay in a beautiful location.

Such a great property with so much space! Love the decor. Stayed with friends to access Erkner for the Ironman 70.3 race and it was so easy to get there.Really great location for Berlin access as well.

Large apartment surrounded by nature

Our family had a very enjoyable one month stay in this relaxing and comfortable apartment. It is well equipped and is even larger than the photos suggest. The location is great, with forest and a beautiful lake close by. Several supermarkets and restaurants are in the local area and a short 10 minute drive offers many more. There are good public transport links into Berlin and surrounding areas. We felt very relaxed and at home in the property and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful spacious apartment with lovely balcony.

This is an excellent property. Wd stayed here to visit Berlin and enjoy the lakes. So much to see and do from here and the property is in a beautiful residential area. We had a car but you could manage without as there are excellent public transport links. S bahn to Berlin is excellent and takes about 30 minutes from Friedrichshagen. Lots of cycling walking and great activities on lake, plus a lakeside beach nearby. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and host is excellent.

Berlin Christmas Visit

The apartment was very spacious, far exceeding the impression given in the pictures. It comfortably accommodated our family of five with room to spare. The location was also excellent, making it easy to take a short trip into the center of Berlin. We appreciated the convenience of using the park-and-ride facilities at the nearby S-Bahn stations, which made travel simple and efficient.The only reason we’re not awarding 5 stars is the heating system, which is essential during a Berlin winter. While the apartment was never freezing, it also wasn’t as warm or comfortable as we would have liked. One room wasn’t heated at all, and another only had half of the system functioning. Due to our short stay, we didn’t raise the issue with the owner, though we’re confident they would have worked to resolve it, as they were extremely helpful during the booking and planning process.Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and this wouldn’t deter us from booking again in the future.

Schöne ruhige Lage

schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Das Bett im Wohnzimmer ist ein sehr gemĂŒtliches Doppelbett und deutlich grĂ¶ĂŸer, als es auf dem Photo im Inserat erscheint. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sehr grĂŒnen Siedlung mit EinfamilienhĂ€usern. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung!

Es waren ein paar wunderschöne Tage in der schönen Wohnung mit meinem Sohn und seinen zwei 17-jĂ€hrigen Freunden. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man ist mit ein paar Schritten im Wald. FĂŒr Nordic Walker ein Paradies! Von 5-50 km Touren, alles ist möglich. Das Strandbad mit der schönen Bar ist fußlĂ€ufig 25 Minuten entfernt. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso stehen zwei FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung, mit denen sich ausgedehnte Fahrradtouren anbieten. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder! Vielen Dank noch einmal fĂŒr die herzliche BegrĂŒĂŸung und die leckere Flasche Sekt.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren im Juli mit unseren Kindern im Alter von sieben und 11 Jahren zwei Wochen lang in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend in einem Waldgebiet. Vom Fenster aus haben wir sowohl FĂŒchse als auch Wildschweine gesehen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und komplett ausgestattet. In zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder einer knappen halben Stunde zu Fuß ist man an der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Rahnsdorf. In Ă€hnlicher Entfernung gibt es mehrere SupermĂ€rkte, einige Restaurants und den großen Muggelsee, in dem wir mit den Kindern geschwommen sind und im Funpark gespielt haben. Wir haben auch eine Kajaktour in der Gegend gemacht, was auch sehr zu empfehlen ist! In einer halben Stunde kann man mit der S-Bahn am Alexanderplatz sein und Berlin erkunden. Der große, schöne Tierpark ist sogar noch nĂ€her. Es war sehr angenehm, nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt an diesen schönen, ruhigen Ort zurĂŒckzukehren.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt am Stadtrand

Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Platz ist genug vorhanden und man fĂŒhlt sich gleich wohl. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung genĂŒgend Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto direkt zum Park and Ride PP in Friedrichshagen und in ca. 30 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Tolle Stadtrandwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Highlight ist die Lage, man ist in einer halben Stunde im Herzen von Berlin, aber hier zwischen Villen, EinfamilienhĂ€usern und unzĂ€hligen alten BĂ€umen ist es mucksmĂ€uschenstill und unvorstellbar ruhig. Als SahnehĂ€ubchen noch eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns mit vielen guten Tips versorgt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Traum-Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, super gerĂ€umige und stilvolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und grĂŒner Umgebung. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Lediglich der "Schuppen" wĂ€re fĂŒr unsere vier RĂ€der vermutlich etwas klein gewesen, aber da es nicht geregnet hat, brauchten wir ihn auch nicht.

Es war sehr schön , eine ruhige und grĂŒne Umgebung zum Entspannen. Der große MĂŒggelsee ist in nĂ€chster NĂ€he und lĂ€dt zum Baden (bei entsprechenden Wetter) ein. Außerdem sind viele weitere Freizeimöglichkeiten vorhanden, z.B. eine Schifffahrt auf dem MĂŒggelsee, ein Besuch auf dem Fernsehturm und vieles mehr.
