In a popular area where you can walk to a good sandy beach, this house is situated on a fenced plot. The area is south of Ebeltoft and there is, among other things, a cycle and footpath to the town. With the house as a starting point, you can easily visit the various sights in the area. Sommerhuset havde alt, hvad vi skulle bruge og særligt den store træterrasse var skøn at benytte, når vejret var til det. Rengøringen var desværre ikke i top. Der blev både fundet afklippede gamle negle og brugte kontaktlinser på sengehylden samt beskidte underbukser under sengen. Vinduerne var meget beskidte, hvilket undrede os som lejere, da det stod i rengøringsbeskrivelsen vedrørende afrejse, at disse skulle pudses-renses.
