Located right next to the Baldinger Gate, you can use the historic staircase to access the city wall,
which encircles the entire city. There are various parking options in front of the Baldinger Gate.
As a fan of architecture and urban development—and a self-employed project developer—I strive to breathe new life into the dilapidated “shacks” of my hometown.

The city of Nördlingen boasts the only city wall in Germany that features a fully preserved, walkable, and covered battlement. Stretching 2.6 km in length, it encircles the entire medieval old town. The city wall includes various gates, towers, and bastions. The city centre captivates visitors with historic architectural masterpieces, such as medieval half-timbered houses.
