Lage und Raumaufteilung gutAusstattung stark verbesserungsbdürftig. Viel billiges Plastik, z. B Wasserkocher, Toaster. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht OK. Wohnen jetzt in einem Haus in Norddeich viel besser ausgestattet, aber preigünstiger.

Das Objekt machte teilweise einen schlechten Eindruck.Verkalkte Armatur der Dusche, verfaulte Möbelecken,zusammengewürfelte Möbel im Wohnzimmer, um in die Nachbarwohnung (Nr. 10) zu gelangen, mussten die dortigen Mieter über unsere Terrasse laufen.Sehr unfreundlicher Eigentümer. Etc. etc.....
