Above Carretera Llança - Portbou, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Private: garden 1'000 m2, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Parking. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 3.1 km, railway station "Llançà" 3.5 km, sandy beach "Grifeu" 600 m, rocky beach "Cap Ras", swimming bay 400 m.
