We offer you five luxurious apartments, modern flair combined with rural charm. The apartments meet the highest standards to enable you to enjoy a carefree holiday.

Our house is surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery in the Unterboden plot (approx. 1 km from the village centre of Schöcken).

The bus stop is right next to the house with free transfer to the ski area.

The Warth-Schröcken ski area is one of the most popular and snow-sure ski regions in Austria. The insider tip for winter sports enthusiasts who like it comfortable and are looking for a family atmosphere. And now, with the Lech - Zürs / Warth - Schröcken ski area connection, you have all the advantages of the largest ski area in Vorarlberg with over 190 km of slopes.

Our sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities and a small playground are intended to contribute to your personal well-being and relaxation. Of course, your pets are also very welcome.

The hiking bus stop is right next to the house.

Our house is surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery in the Unterboden plot (approx. 1 km from the village centre of Schöcken) and is an ideal starting point for hikes.



Costs on site: Our wellness area can be used free of charge (sauna, outdoor whirlpool, infrared cabin). In summer, you will receive the Bregenzerwald Card free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more. This allows you to use all mountain railways, swimming pools and buses free of charge. Pets are welcome.


Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure from 08:00 to 10:00.
