The Groode holiday rental, with its thatched roof, features a separate entrance and Wi-Fi, and is located on the ground and upper floors. It measures approximately 80 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child up to 12 years old.

The living room features a comfortable sofa with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. The small, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, range hood, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and a small dining table.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a wardrobe. The first bedroom also has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate a child up to 12 years old.
A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Fresh towels will be ready upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink and has natural light.

This holiday rental includes a small terrace with patio furniture.

Set in a beautiful natural setting, we rent out two lovingly furnished holiday apartments under a thatched roof (40–80 square metres, 1 living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchen, shower/toilet, Wi-Fi, terrace; max. 4 adults and one child up to age 12).

The thatched-roof house where the holiday apartments are located is situated in a very quiet area in the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin, in the Neuensien district on Lake Neuensien. It is only about 3,000 m to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, where our house is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature.

Each holiday apartment features a terrace with patio furniture or a seating area in the garden. Barbecues are permitted by arrangement with the hosts (thatched roof!).

Upon your arrival, fresh towels will be waiting for you, and the beds will already be made with linens. Upon request, a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. You can find additional information in the detailed descriptions of the holiday apartments.

Parking spaces are available right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in a shed. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 2,000 metres away.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
