Welcome to the ground-floor holiday rental No. 2.
You’ll be staying on a quiet side street away from mass tourism, in a small bungalow complex with 4 holiday apartments and your own covered terrace. It’s ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a bunk bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional 30 per person.
The apartment also features a covered terrace accessible directly through a balcony door.
You’re also welcome to bring your pet for a one-time fee of 35,-.
Our holiday rental is located 800 m from the beach in a quiet area. There is a supermarket in town for all your shopping needs. A public playground is located directly across from the house. The through street is a play street, making it very safe for children to cross.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate to cover administrative costs.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.

We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compost bags
- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
