At the residence you will have at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort and leisure (40 'LCD TV, Sky TV 126 channels and movies, DVD, air conditioning (in the three bedrooms and the living / dining room), vertical freezer, fridge , microwave, central heater, washing machine, etc.), all just 7min walk from Camburizinho and Camburi beach in a gated community with adult and children's pools, beautiful landscaping, beach service in high season and holidays (with transport of tents and beach chairs), private garage for three cars and 24h security (all walled with automatic gate). The residence allows the occupancy of up to 7 adults.
