A beautiful home in a gated community, consisting of large living / dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and one suite, plus a charming balcony with barbecue and individual wooden deck. At the residence you will have at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort and leisure (40 'LCD TV, Sky TV 126 channels and movies, DVD, air conditioning (in the three bedrooms and the living / dining room), vertical freezer, fridge , microwave, central heater, washing machine, etc.), all just 7min walk from Camburizinho and Camburi beach in a gated community with adult and children's pools, beautiful landscaping, beach service in high season and holidays (with transport of tents and beach chairs), private garage for three cars and 24h security (all walled with automatic gate). A casa é confortável e localizada em em condomínio bem organizado. Todos os equipamentos funcionaram bem. Apenas sentimos a falta de uma área com suficiente insolação para secar a roupa mais rapidamente.
