The villa Ferienhaus Sommer Linden is located in Deyelsdorf and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, gym equipment is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and barbecue amenities.

Beach items are also available. The accommodation is heated in winter (October to May) by historic tiled stoves; outside of this period, infrared heaters are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that if preheating the apartment is requested, dust may become temporarily airborne despite thorough cleaning beforehand.



Additionally, due to the predominantly agricultural surroundings, guests might occasionally encounter harmless harvestmen (these are not spiders but beneficial, harmless insect-eating creatures) or find cobwebs forming overnight. This is a natural occurrence and poses no risk.

Guests of the villa can access a swimming lake near Langsdorf with boat rental and snack spots. Public transport links are located within walking distance of the property.
