The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, the main floor has a guest bedroom and sofa bed, and there are two additional bedrooms on the third floor. Also on the third floor is a kids' loft with extra-long twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas.
