This idyllic, small holiday home with waterfront property on a branch of Lake Müritz—featuring a view of the water, access to the water, and a private dock—accommodates 4 people and is situated in a very quiet location between the water and the forest in a small community in Gaarzer Mühle near Vipperow/Rechlin. The small, cosy living/dining area with an open kitchenette and dining nook seats 4 people (perfect for 2+2 people). The kitchenette is fully equipped. To reach the small bedroom, you’ll need to go down a short flight of stairs, and to reach the master bedroom, you’ll need to go up a short flight of stairs. There is no Wi-Fi in the house. The large terrace (approx. 20 m²) is fully furnished, and the even larger waterfront property offers plenty of space to relax. By the water, you’ll find a boat dock with a swimming ladder. The carport and lockable shed right next to the house, as well as a small basement, provide space for your car, bicycles, fishing gear, or other items. You can find a 3D tour on our website
