The house is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area of Mittenwald. The holiday rental, with its unique colour scheme, features a furnished west-facing balcony that catches the evening sun and offers views of the Kranzberg and the Wetterstein Mountains.

The Melanie holiday rental has been renovated and refurnished, featuring clever design details. In the living room, you can enjoy cosy moments by the electric fireplace. The kitchenette is generously equipped with a stove, oven, and dishwasher.
The separate bedroom features a box-spring bed for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom has also been redesigned and is equipped with a shower and toilet.
In the basement of the house, a long hallway and a few steps lead to a small storage room where you can store your bicycles, skis, etc. There you’ll also find two sleighs that you’re welcome to use free of charge.
In the house’s laundry room, there is a washing machine available for free use.

The holiday rental is perfect for two guests. In just a few minutes, you can reach the hiking trails on the Kranzberg or leading to Lake Lautersee, as well as the spa gardens on Burgberg. The pedestrian zone is also only about 300 metres away.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
the Unit was big enough for 2 people. But the shower was a bit small. because of that water spilled out on to the tiles. Also the carpet in the living room rolled up and it is a tripping point. Please take it out. Great having a washing machine and dryer in the laundry. All in all a great place to stay in Mittenwald. Close to shopping centre and Restaurants .
