Our completely renovated holiday apartment, with 45 m² of living space, can accommodate 1–4 people. The highlight of the apartment is the 35 m² rooftop terrace, which offers views of the Spessart and Odenwald valleys as well as Engelberg Abbey. The apartment features one bedroom with a super-comfortable double bed and a cosy living room with an equally comfortable sleeper sofa, each equipped with an extra-comfortable mattress, a high-end smart TV with satellite TV, and access to the rooftop terrace. The fully equipped kitchen-living area, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in rain shower, large mirror, hair dryer, and towel warmer, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair upon request. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in front of the house free of charge. The holiday apartments invite you to relax in a very quiet location near the edge of the forest. The house features a garden with seating areas, which can be used for barbecues and for the children to play. The house has charging stations for electric cars and a lockable bike storage room with bike racks. The nearest bus stop and a playground are both less than a 5-minute walk away. All the local wine taverns are within a 10-minute walk. The town centre and the Main River are both about a 15-minute walk away. There are shopping options here. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities, such as Engelberg Abbey, mountain biking trails, hiking trails, and health resorts. Payment is due on site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets allowed upon request. A cot, rollaway bed, or high chair can be provided upon request (for a one-time fee of 15 EUR). Included in the base price (final cleaning, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, etc.)
