On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The apartment has central heating for winter operation and in summer there is always a pleasant climate as it is a mountainous area at an altitude of approximately 750 m. The entrance is covered and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 20 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 14 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 7 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Lokve, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) in a car park in the village. Guests have 2 parking spaces available free of charge on public land.
