Prämierte Wanderwege und „Traumschleifen“ beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Stadtrand in einer Straße ohne Durchgangsverkehr in idyllischer Natur. Gleichzeitig sind es nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Rhein, 7 min zum Bahnhof und 10 min ins Zentrum von Boppard.
