The "Kaiserhof 0.09" holiday rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which sits at the corner of Bismarckstrasse and Kaiserstrasse. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment has one bedroom furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom features a shower. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room with an integrated kitchenette (open-concept kitchen). A highlight of the apartment is the electric exterior blinds. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The building’s sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
