Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous veillons toujours à respecter la tranquillité et l'intimité de nos hôtes : la piscine leur est exclusivement réservée et nous n'y accédons jamais par respect. Les photos ont été prises par un photographe professionnel, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée comme indiqué : four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, vaisselle, casseroles et produits d'entretien. Nous veillons toujours à ce que la maison soit prête et confortable pour nos hôtes, et nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous offrir une meilleure expérience lors de votre prochain séjour.

Je suis profondément déçu par notre séjour.Les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent en rien à la réalité : la maison est ancienne, très abîmée, et l’hygiène laisse clairement à désirer.Nous avons trouvé un scarabée dans l’évier, et le canapé était couvert de poils de chien.L’eau chaude n’était pas disponible, ce qui nous a contraints à nous laver à l’eau froide.De plus, la description est trompeuse : seule une chambre et le salon sont climatisés, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué.Malgré nos appels à l’aide, le propriétaire a rejeté toute responsabilité, affirmant que les problèmes d’eau chaude et de Wi-Fi venaient de nous – de nos téléphones, selon lui.Nous avons donc décidé de quitter les lieux dès la première nuit.Au départ, le propriétaire semblait compréhensif et nous pensions pouvoir obtenir un remboursement. Finalement, il s’est rétracté, refuse de nous rembourser, et les échanges depuis sont complètement incohérents.En résumé, des vacances qui devaient être agréables se sont transformées en véritable cauchemar.Pourtant, les photos ne laissent pas de doute sur l’exactitude de nos propos
