This means the apartment can accommodate up to three guests if needed—1 bed, 1 sofa bed (140x200 cm), and 1 travel cot (for children up to 3 years old—available upon request). The open-concept kitchen with a cosy dining area is perfect for cooking together and relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the small balcony. The bathroom features a rain shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided. A private parking space is available right in front of the building. Stylish, quiet, and family-friendly—that’s what awaits you at the Seeblick holiday rental. Located in the health resort town of Grafenau, the apartment stands out for its proximity to the town centre and direct access to the spa park with its many recreational opportunities. In addition, the accommodation serves as an ideal starting point for hikes and visits to attractions in the region. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 1.95 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site.
