Self Check-In: Your smart lock personalized code will be sent via text approximately 12 hours before check-in.

Parking: Two vehicles are allowed in the driveway; parking on grass is prohibited.

Wednesday Night Guest: Place trash bins curbside Thursday evening for Friday pickup.

Starter Supplies: You'll receive a start-up kit with basic essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. If staying longer than 2 nights, please plan to restock.

For stays longer than 21 nights, please message us through the booking platform. Extended stays require a guest-paid mid-stay cleaning.

Please leave the home in good condition to avoid any extra cleaning or damage charges.
