In the heart of Elk country, one mile south of Reserve, NM, this home is located on 16D and across the road from 16A. Perfect set up for hunters.
However, it’s spread out enough to house a good sized family. This spacious place features 5 large bedrooms, a large living room, den, new flooring throughout most of home, remodeled and updated bathrooms, a nice kitchen, with custom made cabinets and dining table, and most new appliances and new light fixtures, plus two nice yards. Set in the country among cattle, sheep, goats and other livestock. Enjoy peaceful evenings under the stars and beautiful scenery during the day.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close ALL gates. Turn heater to 58’
Put trash in breezeway between kitchen and laundry. Put dowels in windows and double check all’s doors are locked upon leaving.
Any food that dogs can eat that you don’t want to take with you can be given to them over fence. If they aren’t around, they will find it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are friendly. For your safety. Don’t try to pet other animals. They not used to new people and may get boogered.
Water ONLY in bedrooms.
Please feed kitty cats. A note is on fridge where to find food and where to feed them so they can eat undisturbed. They will thank you for that!!!
