Renovated apartment, finished in April 2024, featuring two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, and two balconies. Equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Nearby you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, and restaurant. Excellent location in a quiet area, 10 minutes by car or 15 by bus from the train station at the city center. The same bus reaches the port for ferries to Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets in 20 minutes. By car or bus, Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo, Fiascherino, Tellaro, Baia Blu, and other seaside spots are 30 minutes away. Free parking is available on Via Genova and throughout the neighborhood, though not always right at the entrance.
