Wir wurden bei Anreise von dem freundlichen Gastgeber empfangen. Er führte uns durch die Wohnung und gab uns noch ein paar Tipps zum Essen gehen und Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung.Da der Gastgeber selbst mit im Haus wohnt, war die Anreise sehr flexibel zu regeln.Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt mit Hund ist das recht große, direkt angrenzende Waldstück super für ausgedehnte Runden geeignet. Man trifft dort je nach Uhrzeit auf einige andere Leute mit Hund, sodass sich für den Vierbeiner tolle "Ferienbekanntschaften" zum Spielen und für den dazugehörigen Zweibeiner interessante Gespräche ergeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, um mit dem Auto schnell von A nach B zu kommen. Man ist im Handumdrehen im Bochumer Zentrum, in Dortmund oder in Witten. Die Auffahrt zur A 448 ist gleich um die Ecke und auch einige Ausflugsziele wie der Kemnader See oder die Zeche Nachtigall sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Parken vor der Tür ist absolut unproblematisch.Das Haus selbst ist ein Altbau mit Ecken und Kanten. Die Unebenheiten, das Wackeln und Knarren gehören dazu und sollten nicht verwundern. Dafür hat die Wohnung eine sehr gemütliche Sitzküche, die zum Verweilen und gemütlichen Essen einlädt. Außerdem war die Wohnung sogar an heißen Sommertagen vergleichsweise kühl, sodass es sich aushalten ließ. Der Gastgeber war sogar so nett, uns bei Anreise ein paar gekühlte Getränke bereitzustellen. (Danke nochmal!)Wenn es uns mal wieder hierhin verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder !!!

Sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr gut gelegen für viele Unternehmungen im Rhein-Ruhr-Gebiet. Sehr nette Vermieter und auch schnelle Antworten im Vorlauf. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt.

Rundum zufrieden!!!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Gegend mit unseren kleinen Hunden. Von An- bis Abreise war alles super. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und eine tolle Unterkunft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind.
