The house, which is approximately 100 m2, can accommodate up to 4 people (a 5th person only upon request). The ground floor features the living-dining room, the kitchen, and the guest bathroom. The living-dining room features a cosy sitting area with a wood-burning stove and a modern dining set. The fully equipped, light-filled kitchen includes a small dining area, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a blender. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a safe, as well as another large bedroom with two single beds. The spacious bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, urinal, cosmetic mirror, and hair dryer. The basement houses the laundry and drying room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron. The large wooden deck with its patio furniture and small garden are perfect for barbecuing. A lockable garage is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed. The holiday rental is located approximately 8 km from Senden and 7 km from Ascheberg, on the outskirts of Senden-Ottmarsbocholt. There you’ll find shopping options and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental, there are numerous fields and meadows criss-crossed by beautiful bike paths. Worthwhile bike rides include a trip to Lüdinghausen to see the impressive Vischering Castle or through the Davert Nature Reserve all the way to Münster. The entrance to the Münsterland bike path network is just about 900 m from your holiday rental.


Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 1/3 of the agreed-upon rent is due to the landlord. The remaining 2/3 of the rental price must be paid to the landlord no later than ten days before the start of the rental period.
In addition, a security deposit of 150.00 EUR will be collected upon check-in to cover any damages that may occur.
